1) You must have bad eye-sight because it is ANYTHING in front of you it is just most noticeable on LLs cliffs/buildings etc. Unless you are practically blind you can NOT miss it and that is the reason it is an issue.
2) You need to watch task manager more.
3) Go play some other games, read a few tech sites then get back to me about how the only gpu optimisation that should be done is for the 2% of people that use dual gpus.
I See no issues at all in Limsa. Yes there is that curtain effect but I don't see any rough textures on my side of the pond.1) You must have bad eye-sight because it is ANYTHING in front of you it is just most noticeable on LLs cliffs/buildings etc. Unless you are practically blind you can NOT miss it and that is the reason it is an issue.

Task Manager doesn't contain info about the GPU. How much of it is being used is no indication of "Optimisation". As far as memory goes...this game stores nearly everything in Memory, woohoo.
@Nixon, how is your GPU fan suddenly revving up for no reason?
Did you expect something witty?
I never said i had rough textures, it is the LOD "curtain effect". And go read some techsites/windows 101 i was referring to the lack of full CPU core utilisation in task manager not anything to do with gpu usage lmao. Don't try be cocky when you are clueless, it doesn't work.I See no issues at all in Limsa. Yes there is that curtain effect but I don't see any rough textures on my side of the pond.

The Pictures you gave had rather ackward textures and that curtain effect isn't mind shattering. >_>I never said i had rough textures, it is the LOD "curtain effect". Your point being? It is highly detracting from what is generally a nice looking world and i do hope you aren't implying those textures aren't to do with anything but the game engine itself.
Considering the textures look far nicer in my game than yours...yea...And the curtain hardly detracts from my experience since I know why it is there.
Just like in real life you need to be close up to something to fully admire it. :P
