    That's good and all, as long as you don't demand that people design games based on your weird load-under-50% fetish.

    With PC gamers usually overclocking their hardware, your suggestion that the game shouldn't get to 100% load just sounds ridiculous.

    Even non gaming programs, like video or modeling software, can reach to 100% load. It's like asking your OS to not load because it uses RAM.
