Well... Resident evil 5 was on PS3 and it have DX10, Mass effect was on PS3 and it have DX10... I don't see any problem with PS3 architecture.

No, no it didn't, the RSX is only a dx9 card, and most of the ps3 games use OpenGL, those games were either dx9 with some clever coding to make it look almost dx10, but this taxes the cpu, or it was a clever coded OpenGL effect.
