I still don't know how they did that...they must be in game models but it seems unbelievable

can download a model viewer program and with the settings high enough can get some gorgeous shots to work with without having to shop out backgrounds too. Thats how I made my ffxi forum sig (of course i did it on a shitty computer for some reason so yay pixels and bad edges and horrible blending woo!)

Okay, this doesn't really look like a stag slug, but it was just TOO ADORABLE to not share with all of you.

I found it while I was googling the Redwood Stump. There is a forest called "Big Trees" or something like that in California that I've been to several times in my life - and it has a large stump of a Redwood that people can walk upon. Walking on a stump is AWESOME AND WEIRD (as I mentioned in a different thread). It makes my feet tingle with the history of ancient arbor. You know what I'm sayin'?

At any rate, here in its grand glory, is the stump seen in a few ARR videos (it is larger in person *cough* *cough*):
