I'm starting to think that FFXIV doesn't really need a new (player) race. With the current 5, we really have all the bases covered.

Plus, if they can't add a new race by the re-roll/ARR start, why bother?

If we were to get another furry race I'd prefer Ronso over Vierra. We already have ****-able, now we need something strong.

While I think Ronso's are an awesome race I'd still be worried that its just a Roe (galka) with more fur. Still, I really want to see something dark/monstrous for a race. We have one brute race, and then a bunch of pixies lol

(There are some ways to make some of the races fairly manly with the help of beards and such but the no eyebrows and BB creamed to hell (makeup) skin doesnt help lol)

To call them "bunnies" is an ignorant dismissal of the profound and detailed work that the FFXII dev team put into their lore, visual design, voice acting, culture and environment.

If only the Ronso had as much effort put into their design.

Pretty sure this is the same reason why Yoshida doesnt really want to do Vierra even though it is a popular request.

Rather he wants to do a dragon race.. Damn I really want to see some concept art on this idea.. Is it the Gria? thats all I can "SE/FF" think about lol.. WHAT RACE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT YOSHIDA...XD

Maybe everyone would vote for this dragon race if they had any idea what it would look like...
