When will SE release an addon SDK?

Normally i don't respond to inane comments, but please what is your reasoning for not wanting addons at launch? Not having addons just puts FFXIV:ARR further behind competing MMOs. When people see they don't have basic addons like damage and threat meters they will be likly to choose another game.

There is no good reason for arguing against SE bringing out an addon dev kit as eairly as possible.

When is SE going to relase an SDK for ARR so we can make addons?

We need addons when the game launchs like dps meters,threat meters, and our own UI. At very least the addon dev kit better be out by beta so people can get to work making addons for launch.

If I were on the dev team I'd be slightly offended. They've done a great job. They don't need you to demand anything. Especially something that really isn't important to the game at all. You JUST joined the forums in September, your highest level (seemingly) is PUG Lv3. And what I see from your profile, all 21 posts are complaints, talking down to people, and demands. You don't know everything. It's like you joined these forums recently JUST to give people shit. I know people that act the way I see in your posts...and they haven't gotten very far.

This shouldn't bother me as much as it does. But it just really seems to me that you're talking down to people, like you're higher up than anyone else in the world. And that just bugs the hell out of me. Plus it kind of looks like you don't really know much about the game at all. Because some of the things you've mentioned are in it already.
