When will SE release an addon SDK?

When is SE going to relase an SDK for ARR so we can make addons?

We need addons when the game launchs like dps meters,threat meters, and our own UI. At very least the addon dev kit better be out by beta so people can get to work making addons for launch.

We don't need anything lol, especially no DPS meter. There's already built in UI modifications and enmity meters so it's best to wait and see what the final interface is like before worrying about this. There's no purpose for it to come out in beta for early production since if you do even a quick google search you can see that SE is already doing the "basics" for a typical interface that is generally done via add-ons.
