    the forts thing kinda resembles beseiged.

    Defend the astral candescance from the invaders and have to venture out and get it back if you fail to defend it.

    plus mobs get stronger with each successfull defence like level 8 trolls or whatever.

    I REALLY hope hamlets work out like that
