Were hamlet seals even being carried over? I cant remember.

It isn't known.

What we know is the following:

- Relic progress is being saved.
- Relic quest might change.
- Ifrit and Garuda fights as we know them are 1.0 content.
- Speedruns are being removed. It isn't confirmed if this applies to the speed run reward for relic.
- SE said they weren't happy about the obtain rate on Relic Weapons. So its possible getting them will be harder.

Its very likely the quest will change.
