No idea - though honestly just to add I think your idea doesn't have to be "hamlet" it could just be one of those things happening somewhere.

I do think they will go forth just because they said relic progression wouldnt be lost, but.. you know.. who knows with SE until they flat out tell you. "Are keeping seals".
