Well we have these partially translate maps thanks to Reinhart:

Central Coerthas (and possibly including dravania?)

Western Shroud

Northern Thanalan

Upper La Noscea

Yeah those are nice and as Yoshi-P said game at launch and until next big expansion there will be a total of 40 zones and all the art i posted are only bits of the entire map yet are already about 30 places so each zone will be saturated with so much to look at each part of it unique in design which makes me even more excited about exploring
