Well (at least I'm hoping) I don't think they are letting anyone keep beta characters. I know it was probably tossed out there but I dont see it happening. So I think names will be like how they usually are, whoever had it longest gets to keep it.

But with the whole 2 name thing its unlikely you'll have to fight someone for your name unless its a name taken from elsewhere, lol
