Cartoony style graphics....

Hello, Rokien here again. I hope everyone is having a good night! I cant sleep~ soo ya....
I can clearly see in the new tgs trailer, the game has a more "cartoony" graphic style feel, I was wondering why go in that direction?
I noticed it when I first saw the screenshots of, but I was just like, "meh they are screen shots, and of pre alpha". I was also to focused when they showed gameplay, on the new lighting system that I wasn't looking for it. To many games have the cartoony style already.....

So, why go in that direction of graphics?

Yeah. The game looks brighter, but not cartoony. Right now the game is really dark and not very colorful.
