Indeed. It would be a great option for money sink since often good/big stuff would tend to be expenssive.
There was a comment from Yoshida regarding different ways of money sink before lowering the repair cost at repair NPC...this would be a good option for this.

Another good thing they could add here are even some more "village features", like adding, after the village reach a certain size, stuff like criminals wandering at night time, bank features and even assaults at banks so we can track the criminals to recover the stolen stuff.
Minigame areas there would also be nice, going from PvP minigames to even PvP sparring arenas where people can fight their friends and PvE minigames, like these survival games where you keep receiving waves of monsters until everyone die and having reward based on performance.
All minor, but entertaining features ^^

Thanks! ^^Hopefully we can have some feature like this instead of a simple mog house feature. Would be awesome seeing the villages grouing based on players effort ^^
