    Interesting idea although a bit long winded for me and to be honest I really don't think SE have the talent to pull this off.

    There are places in all 3 cities which are inaccessibly right now which I imagine will be for player housing later on.

    Lol I was about to say that same thing. They probably meant those areas to be for houses but didnt get around to it.
