I find it funny that people complain about complainers. :P

Anyway, if you're gonna invite people to test your game wouldn't it be smart to actually invite people who would log on and uhm, test your game?

I'm not losing sleep over not getting an invite but seeing people say "I got an invite but I'm not gonna log on" kinda does annoy you.

Why would a person actively go apply for the beta if they were planning to not log in if they got invited. It is non-sensical.

There are non-sensical people out there you know. I have seen posts like that on other forums. It's not hard to apply, you answer a few questions and press send thinking if I get invited I might try it out or not.

Which, I get the feeling, the majority of us sadly do not qualify as.
You guys are forgetting a crucial detail: Alpha testing happens during the time that the SE HQ is working, because they need to monitor data and adjust stuff on the fly, aside from that Yoshi plans on leaving the ervers on 24/7 to see if it crashes but the majority of the work is done in japanese work time.
Which, is probably a reason why a grand deal of us simply did not make it in, we're not in feasible time zones or, if we are, our options about time played or another combination of such simply do not fit the criteria.
