When was it that we decided how SE should choose it's Alpha members? I don't believe we'd be dumb enough to think they're picking people all willy nilly, who's selection would end up being detrimental to them. But I do believe we may just be selfish enough to care more about what benefits us over them, all while claiming the people who were selected are inferior to us, based solely on that fact that they aren't us.
