ah I see.. so my mistake then...eh but they still can apply for alpha even they inactive? or they just activate their account recently?

They just applied for alpha many time ago with an inactive account, just like us with active one.
Even if the requirements said that alpha was for who had an active account only.

At that time i was thinking: -Ok they can apply even with an inactive account, but they will not be selected, or at least they don't have the priority over who has an active account (so who PAID ).

And in the meanwhile ppl that still don't knew that 1.0 has end, got the invitation. Oh God i laugh to don't cry rotfl.
