Which means that you've been in contact with people who breach NDA and hereby signifying that maybe you won't be a person who will also follow NDA? Meaning that you'll get less of a chance to get into alpha testing?
Maybe I'm the only one who sees the irony in this.
I wouldn't be surprised if they prioritized people who DIDN'T have a posting history on The forums, or at least with little involvement in it's flame wars.

I wouldn't either, but then again there are other outlets such as guild websites, xivpads (where people HAVE mentioned being invited) and many other forums.
You have failed to realize the criteria in place to select alpha testers. Which is basically they don't give a damn. But then to bring it to attention on the OFFICIAL FORUMS? Which means that you've been in contact with people who breach NDA and hereby signifying that maybe you won't be a person who will also follow NDA? Some of you really have no idea of how to tell between what's reasonable and what's unreasonable.

Considering that you need an active paying account to apply to the alpha, what you said is literally impossible.
alpha should be comprised of whoever the fk fits what SE is looking for, and ffs nobody rages harder than "die hard fans".Alpha should be comprised of the die hard fans mainly, those who will not rage about something being incomplete or broken.
You are on the top of that list.

But you have this information in the alpha registration page:
Criteria to select alpha testers is based on what you put into alpha, but NDA enbreachments extend past all of that. There are penalties as such, which have been outlined. If you want to take the risk, so be it. It's not mine to judge whether you see it as reasonable or unreasonable to risk your FFXIV account.Disclosure of Proprietary Information
As stated in the “FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Tester Agreement,” testers are prohibited from publicizing any proprietary information related to the Alpha Test on external sites. In the event that we confirm that infringement has occurred, your rights to be a tester will be revoked and your FINAL FANTASY XIV account will be suspended.
We will announce if and when Alpha Test-related details can be publicized, so please take great care in their handling until they have been made public. For feedback and discussions between testers, please use the dedicated tester forum, which will open at a later date.

In all the alphas/betas I've been in, the NDA included that you cannot tell ANYONE not in public nor in private that you are a tester. Not even the people who lives with you.

If you've been found to spread any information they can kick you out of the test.
You need to chill, I know you're mad because you didn't get in, hell there's a lot of narked people but seriously it's not the be-all-end-all.

Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means
You keep hearing it because it's true, and your interpretation of the NDA is plain wrong.
