SO! you can't say you're an alpha tester, but you can still say you got the mail invite since "This Agreement shall be effective as of the date that the Alpha Tester accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement." That is, if you do it before you agree to this lol

I think to put in the app you have to agree to the NDA? it's not a loop hole I'd be willing to test though! lol
