i know someone who got the invite and he quit around the time they release jobs. So it seem they giving invite to the people who quit to bring them back to the game.

no but on a serious note i played the Beta for 1.0 , got the game a bit after launch stuck with it this whole time no 1-2 month breaks or nothing.

im not upset that i did not get an email for alpha, i wasent even expecting it to be honest, and i dont really care if the people who left long ago got the first invites,

but i see people crying, i for one would like the player base to be bigger, ide like for those people who left to rejoin in 2.0 and stick with the game, it makes for a better gaming environment , maybe then different events will be in motion in most times of the day for any region, ofcs u can weed out the bad bunch with good old /BL, then you have a better world, and a more active community, one of the things i loved about XI a while after launch is ide get in anytime of day and have something to do, i didnt have to depend somewhat on NA or EU or JP or any "prime time" , the world was there 24/7.

im just saying, dont get upset yet, its the first few phases of Alpha, then theres beta, then i dunno maybe the RELEASE ! .. keep ur hats on folks.. Trust in Yoshi !!
