gladly they are not. grias are completely kitchy in my opinion (in 3D the most). many western players would just dislike FFXIV because of this devil winged race trust me.

Well that's interesting because the Succubus, one of the most popular female demons in the west, is not of eastern origins. While they take the form of a human, they also generally are dipicted with wings and a tail given the demon nature.

yes, but not a playable race! i cant imagine a successfull MMO with a playable succubus race. thats a major difference in my opinion between a monster or to make it a playable race (with red neon wings)
and to make it wear job equipment like whm robe etc.

and yes there are going to be succubus monsters in ARR too.. if you dont know it already.
