alpha test material,picture..ofcourse the UI/name already blurred.... its weird its still up...lolNDA content as in the terms of the NDA or alpha test material not released by SE?
Here's a little story from 1.0 alpha-
Some guy thought he was being super-clever by showing a live stream of him playing. He had his alpha account terminated and here's his open-ended Baw-fest

Moral of the story: NDA breakage, not even once.

Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means
I don't look for those kinds of things so I couldn't say haha;;, but legal stuff can take a while, some stuff slips through the cracks still though

Normally anyone with any journalistic integrity would not post it to begin with. Most sites I know do honor NDAs even if they didn't sign them personally, but journalistic integrity tends to be a tad thin in this industry, even more so between bloggers.
Integrity aside, posting "leaks" or NDA covered material almost always comes back to bite you in the rear. Even if you don't receive immediate consequences, getting a reputation for having a big mouth and no respect for the rules of common courtesy with developers is a bad thing and normally influences your credibility negatively. It takes more time on the internet for the effects to show, but more often than not, ultimately they do.

its funny I heard from a friend everyone in Alpha has played since the first alpha/beta and were loyal players who most bought CE and are legacy members which make up a majority of the invites >.> and by your logic I don't need proof do I? just going with the word of my friend because you know I don't hear S-E denying that they didn't give loyal members alpha!~Normally anyone with any journalistic integrity would not post it to begin with. Completely random quote aside... your comparison is completely off mark.its funny I heard from a friend everyone in Alpha has played since the first alpha/beta and were loyal players who most bought CE and are legacy members which make up a majority of the invites >.> and by your logic I don't need proof do I? just going with the word of my friend because you know I don't hear S-E denying that they didn't give loyal members alpha!~
Your friend telling you that everyone he met in the alpha has played since the first alpha and so forth is enough to say that only for the ones he met, which is a negligible percentage of the total and has no statistical value. It's not enough to say that ALL or the MAJORITY of the alpha testers fit those criteria, because he didn't ask them all, nor the majority, nor a relevant percentage.
Multiple people telling that they received an invitation despite having an inactive account is enough to say that it happened to those people. No one is saying that ALL or a MAJORITY of the people with inactive accounts received an invitation. All we're saying is that it happened, no one is saying to how many.
Witnesses can prove that something happened to individuals or limited groups, or in a limited environment, but you can't prove a statistic without a comprehensive and fairly large statistical pool.
Since here no one is trying to pull statistics on what numbers or percentage of players with an inactive accounts got invited, good job for comparing apples to oranges and adding something completely irrelevant to the discussion.
