Thank you Warlock, I think I may have to try and call SE tomorrow if I can still find thier customer service number.

What form are you using?

There are two:

Europe (I believe Australia is included here): http://entry.ffxiv.com/alpha/index_en.html

North America: http://entry.ffxiv.com/alpha/index_na.html

If you get an error related to region, you're probably trying to apply in the wrong one.
