Lol your hiding behind the NDA and asking for proof that can't be given. How bout you prove they weren't? People who got in won't post about it so all that can be gone off of is what our friends that got in say. Its the only proof there is either way. Proof has been given that inactives could apply, which is against what most of us thought SE said. Now since you are calling everyone a liar, prove that inactives didn't get in. Could link me to an outside forum, with an acceptance email, and showing that the account it not inactive with any and all account info edited out, like character name, SE id, email address, anything, then the person would not get banned.

Also people are speculating that saying they are in the alpha is in breach of the NDA, this has never been officially announced.
