Global Alpha Test Start Date

They never said an active account was required to be selected for Alpha Testing.

They said an Active account was require to Apply for Alpha Testing.

so we need active account to apply for alpha....but did not need it to get selected? wait what?

the problem is not the selected one, but the case inactive account able to apply.
