Like you're able to keep non-active applicants from being accepted to your test in accordance to your own guidelines?

Well, if everyone was allowed to participate right from the get-go in a "Alpha Version". There would be soo many crashes, Yoshi-P with be smoking 10 packs a day instead of 1 and drink 50 cups of coffee a day instead of 15! XD. Alpha needs to be handled with care. Believe me I want to play as well, but I want them to do it right at the same time. Letting everyone in an test/playing "Alpha" is a Doomcake ready to explode!
