This is known.
A chance for an invite is only available for anyone who applied to the freaking alpha.
For being able to apply to the alpha, you had to be a subscriber during the time the applications were up.
There's no way they're telling.
Not if her account was inactive during the time that alpha applications were available. My friend told me she had registered with and account that wasn't "active" at the time in a sense that she wasn't playing at the time (she had been playing before and has Legacy) and her account isn't active at the moment (was closed before the end of September).
I'm just asking if people like this even have a chance.
That wasn't an option.
I felt it would be unrealistic for me to be willing to commit 12+ hours a day to testing. I chose the second option.
There's no reason to think your chances at being selected would be hurt simply because of your location. You were also a paying customer.
When the dev said Nov 26th, does that mean Nov 26th JP or NA?
I think the dev meant PST time, since he announced it in english and every official announcement, as I've seen yet, in english has been in PST.
