You had to agree to the NDA to be eligible for alpha testing.

A chance for an invite is only available for anyone who applied to the freaking alpha.

For being able to apply to the alpha, you had to be a subscriber during the time the applications were up.

You should know there's also a report post button, if it bothers you that much.
