Some people clearly didn't read about the NDA, quick give their spot to someone else!

Sorry to those of you that were not selected in the current round of Alpha Tester selection. Unfortunately, we need to control the number of users participating, so not everyone is guaranteed a spot. However, please note that this is not the final selection for Alpha Testers and we are proceeding to make adjustments so that we can continue to add testers.
While we can't offer firm timing, or other specifics, at this time, there will be more chances to be selected. We appreciate your understanding everyone.

Can you at least pass along the message that they mistakenly did not pick the most important FFXIV player of all time for the first alpha tests? I am talking about yours truly of course.Sorry to those of you that were not selected in the current round of Alpha Tester selection. Like you're able to keep non-active applicants from being accepted to your test in accordance to your own guidelines?
You'd rather delete entire threads without warning, wouldn't you?
Well, if everyone was allowed to participate right from the get-go in a "Alpha Version". There would be soo many crashes, Yoshi-P with be smoking 10 packs a day instead of 1 and drink 50 cups of coffee a day instead of 15! XD. Alpha needs to be handled with care. Believe me I want to play as well, but I want them to do it right at the same time. Letting everyone in an test/playing "Alpha" is a Doomcake ready to explode!

A suggestion: Keeping out those that don't have an active account (as was stated rather clearly on the application form) in favor of those that have an active one would be a wonderfully efficient way to control the number of users participating, or at least a very effective first step of selection (not to mention a perfect way to avoid a bloody bad PR blunder).Sorry to those of you that were not selected in the current round of Alpha Tester selection. Just thought I'd put it out there, in the case what we're hearing on the issue is indeed true, for future use![]()

How about thinking of a better way to go about engaging this community on the issue?
The largest, most active, most modded threads on the En Masse forums were the Elin censorship threads and even those were never deleted.
Deleting entire threads without warning is the lazy way out.
Chillax who the F@#$ you think you are? know your place. How about thinking of a better way to go about engaging this community on the issue?

This is just too hilarious to be true i can't stop laughing this was so called for and ppl still couldn't resist to make a shitload of clone threads full of entitlement XD!!!
I'm glad they did.How about thinking of a better way to go about engaging this community on the issue?

Why saturate the forums with a thread on the same subject over and over. Just keep it all in one spot.
