Yea, I completely agree with you. It's definitely a great idea to showcase your achievement in your home with Figurines or Shield crest or Primals head and such for the mobs you slayed or quest you completed that are consider Outstanding accomplishments.Yoshi-P mentioned in the latest live letter housing will be able to feature achievements like bahamut's head, for slaying bahamut. It reminded me of FF12's Pirate's Den, which was kind of the game's achievements system. I hope more achievements turn up this way, that would be good. I want that.
i would like to see a card game and further down the road i would like to see a dungeon creator for players to make their own dungeons
Hmm...triple combine job system? That would freaking crazy coolness.High level abilities allowing for more unique boss content!
e.g Life 3.
Dual Job system.
E.g - Conjurer - splits off as WHM or ____ Mage that focuses mainly on DD with minor support spells (focusing on Water and Holy magic)
Also, Archer - Bard/Ranger. Thaumaturge - BLM/Time Mage. etc etc.
Imagine, Thaumaturge with BLM spells combine with Time Mage spells o.O without any restriction on what you can sub it with. And with this ablities would required a very hard quest to achieve in order to learn this ablity of so called Trinity Soul!
Ganna throw these in here even though these aren't really ideas, just necessities:
In-game voice chat - The PS3 won't be able to install any voicechat software, so hopefully they'll implement a system of voice communication that's readily available to console owners. Of course it should come with a mute/muteall option.
Message centre - They had it in FFXI, would be nice to have, especially when your trying to reach someone and they're not online (for example your trying to get recruitment into an LS).
LS/FC announcement message - In 1.0, if anything major is going on in the LS that involved everybody, one would have to constantly paste in a message and hit enter every once in awhile. So yeah, announcment message!
Ability to punt Lalafells - *gets shot*
This is known in FFXI as skill chain, but I would like to see 2 spells also, like combo, but instead of self combo, more like 2 players combo.
I love the idea of the goblin king. Actually it would be cool if he can do some contact juggling with his bombs before tossing them.
And, I can't wait for the housing system. Would love to put up skulls and hopefully weapons up on the walls. Always wanted a weapons rack in ffxi.
Hamham, im not talking about skillchain like ffxi. I'm talking about linking 2 player's magic spell/abilities to form one single enhancement or attack, example instead of both players casting fire, they combine it into a single firestorm spell instead, and doing more damage.
