Jumping is fine. If they can make the animations smoother, that'd be great, but in no way is a priority. The height and everything mechanical about it is fine - besides they spent a good amount of time figuring out the height already (remember the lalafell jumping video?) and doubt they'll spend much more on it and they shouldn't honestly. It's fine.

As for any 'idea' of limiting jumps, I completely disagree. No more of these realism/immersion arguments please. Seriously. It's gotten to a sickening level.

As it stands, however, the jumping shown in these alpha videos are perfectly fine. I'm sure they can be made 'smoother', but it's an incredibly low priority at this point in my opinion - and I'm fairly confident Yoshi-P and the devs think the same.
