    Game Ideas.

Well I assume this area is acceptable for posting ideas about what I like to see in the game, as a fan final fantasy over half my life and of FFXI since 2003 I can only want to see this game improve into a game where everyone has fun. This game is highly compared to FFXI and many things were a step forward and yet some went a step backward. Here is my thoughts on what they game could use to be improved and yet I'm just one player and I don't want this to be my game, or SE's game, this should be everyone's game, if enough support the ideas then they may come to be. Thanks in advance to anyone Square Enix that read this and to other players who support or attack my ideas, feedback of any kind is needed.

    1. Introduction of NPC that will deliver rewards.

There is no question that doing the day I'm spending a fair potion of my time traveling to camps to complete the Locals, ideally I could seek out locals that keep everything in town, but in order to get the max of desirable levels needed in my crafts I need to take on locals to camps. The idea here is a town placed npc that will take your goods to the camp in return for either a set payment and obtain full reward or have a fraction of something around twenty percent of gil or marks reduced for the service, the service would not be right away, as there would be a time interval before you can collect the reward and a limit on how many transactions are requested, like 8. Also the player must have been to that camp and sign a document showing they been there and wish to use this delivery service. This option would be a nice feature on time if your daily routine will not take you anywhere to the camp's needed to turn in locals, this is also a way to reduce death warps.

    2. More zones!

It is without question that the game will get expanded, but as of now there are only 5 zones with a bunch of caves in each, exploration of a large world gives the overwhelming feeling of so much to do and so much not seen, but as of now its really just 3 large areas the game is focused on and seeing these areas everyday is just to repetitive, to make up for this the zones are just big and running around in this big zones on a daily basis makes things seem smaller.

    3. BCNM's

I'm hoping these come into play in the future, with the way they were done in FFXI, it's a fun way to get together with others and get cool items.

    4. Gear locked by rank and level system done away with.

I'm in support of these ideas that were mentioned in the letter from the producer. The motivation for leveling is a lot stronger when your aiming to equip a certain piece of gear and the reward of doing so feels worthwhile. And with how FFXI works of using bonus points after a certain level with merits seems fun as is.

    5. Mini games and bonus items by points.

From rock paper scissors or figure out the puzzle in ??? amount of time, the idea of mini games with other players or npc's with points to get rare prizes is always a fun way to enjoy your time played.

    6. Capes!!!

I recall that back in FFXI I heard that cape animation was difficult to implement, and back gear has been done away with in FFXIV, but I would have thought by now this should not be a issue with the advances games have gone though over the years, I always thought capes are cool and with many design's that could implemented in colors or pictures on the capes that would make for many fun possibility's. Also while on the subject how about underwear boxer's or subligar with pictures of running chocobos or a small moogle on the back.

My best wishes to Japan and all it's people right now.

    Yes.
Also, I think it would be funny if you could Parley with other PCs.

I would like to see something along the lines of Lucky Throw from Two Worlds II added. Make it so that up to four players can sit at a table and bet items or gil. No PC vs NPC betting, it would all be players betting against other players.

SE does pretty good mini games if you played any during summberbreeze (my fave is the shooting range) I would think dice games in ul'dum would be good. Maybe a guess the cup type game in LL. And a shooting range in gridania. You pay gil to do these games and earn points for items. Like rare mats. vanity gear of various styles, abd they can be set up by teirs mucg like cp points in ffxi.
maybe slot machines. And a lottery much like mob bonaza. (just more frequint and not to long a wait on numbers, like a weeky or by weeking event)

ffxi had this... no one did it. It was put in place cuz ppl kept trying to run casino which SE disliked because it could bring in questionable behavoir.
