Anyhow, lots of cautiously skeptical people in this thread. I like that, it's certainly a more refreshing taste than the blind optimism I've been seeing. I just try to tell myself it's a simple matter of the people who were around for FFXI and its marketing campaigns and the people who just know about FF from the older single player titles. I mean, FFXIV already kinda suffers from "Flood of information" and inherited "We apologize for the inconvenience" from XI...it's not a good thing.

I'm keeping expectations low, as should all of you. Win/win situation, really.

Not gonna lie, I feel like the overhype from the SSB blog kinda lowered my enjoyment out of the game. It was a great concept though.
