Don't feel bad. There used to be rampant theft and backstabing in APB.

You'd call out asking for someone to craft you a specific piece of gear or if they have access to it. They say yes. Theres no in game direct trading only a mail system. So you authorize a mail send, They get your cash you don't get the item or vise versa and the gm's do nothing about it. They have no system in place to allow for locked in trading and have no system in place to allow players to get back whats basically stolen because of their lack of systems in place.


Atleast in your situation, the game rolled a dice roll, the dice roll dictated that user should get the item. You didn't technically lose anything.
