You could be right, just seems a bit odd how the 2 would look exactly the same.

I'm not really dissagreeing with you. Maybe i'm thinking too hard but i could kind of imagine that the Allagans designed Dalamud and the Twelves power made it real through a magic ritual(placing the symbols of the twelve upon the land etc etc).
