    Unlikely. It's going to be Alpha for a week or two > Downtime > Beta. There won't be constant ARR pre-release to play. They may do it that way but it's very unlikely for them to transition into each other like that.

    As I understand it, they just completed Alpha-2 which was a Japan only test. The next test, Alpha-3, is the California test which begins tentatively on Nov 26. After 2-3 weeks the Alpha-4 test is the Global Test. It is expected to be short, 1-2 weeks. This brings us to the first week in January when the Beta Test is expected to start. Beta is the real deal.... It is ARR. It will be open to all current players and will continue for as long as it takes to get it right.
