I don't think we'll get a neck tattoo... then people will complain that they are being forced to wear a tattoo and don't want to. -_-;; (I'm all for tattoos, but I can already see the complaints now.)

A neck tattoo would be fine by me, personally I would show it off all the time. Perhaps if they made it toggle-able on/off.

Yup, its been confirmed already that its toggleable.
