You'll have to wait until they start accepting codes again (most likely on official release).

I don't know whether to laugh or cry that your GF gave you the CE LOL. Ah well makes a nice decoration if you display the box somewhere!

Go to the square enix account management page, where you would enter registration codes for FFXIV. I'd try to enter it ASAP if I were you, if it even still works... otherwise it is pointless and you won't get onion helm/new digital CE stuff unless you buy the ARR CE

They shut off registration code acceptance awhile back :/ Have to wait for ARR to see if the codes will even be acceptable.

And speaking of codes, what's gonna happen to those that bought 1st pressing copies of XIII who used their code for a chance to enter Playstation beta instead of getting the Armguards? o_O

Oh but I just realized... my code went to my beta account and they disabled my beta account when I started the retail version..so I didn't get any of my things...which means that XIII code went there too........

I know with the current game there a issue where if you made a char then put the item code you don't get the item. But i guess in 2.0 they can make it that a item is send by ingame mailbox but ya sadly you have to wait for 2.0

Also make sure you put the code in the right final fantasy xiv i put mine in my beta test and i had to chat with SE to give me a new code to put it on my real account and not the area that was for beta lol.

Don't see why they didn't make it via an in-game delivery method from the start. That's how it works in XI. Plug in your code, run somewhere and talk to a Festive Moogle, and get your item from it.
