I remember reading something about us being able to use our characters in beta. What if the beta is also meant to be a sort of early access for former subscribers with new accounts being available after beta?

I know it's not likely, but one can dream.

This is what I've been saying, from everything occurring the way that it is, its not out of the question. When I read the original 2.0 announcement in oct 2011, that was what I understood to be their plan.
