Oh, if only I could swap to FFXI for the time being. Yeah, sure, I've got the box including chains of promathia and rise of the zilart, but is it installed? No. Is it patched, even a little bit? No. Have I actually played it before? Not more than one hour, after I bought it right before XIV was released.

And is my internet connection a speedy one?

Awesome I'll do the same. There are some jobs I haven't unlocked yet and I think I'm going to play my Galka DRK. He still has yet to beat the Shadow Lord if I remember correctly.

Now that the level cap has been raised I have a reason to level all of my subs to 50. I'll be logging in tomorrow around 3PMish PST.

Are you on Phoenix? If so do you want to play the old stuff? Original story > Rise of Zilart > Chains of Promathia > Treasures of Aht Urghan?

Dunes > Qufim > Yuhtunga > Garlaige Citadel > Boyahda > That one beach with the Dhalmels.

Or even better, the last time I played with my roomate at the time, we only did quest based leveling. We'd get a group of quests together then, as we wandered out and about, we'd kill the monsters and level en route to our destinations. The game was so much more fun this way than the cookie cutter leveling areas and really varied our mob targets and gameplay experiences.

I'd love to do that again if anyone is interested. I'm not really a fan of straight grinding anyways. I think you should level along with the story not the other way around.
