btw, I think player on any level can join and help grinding with new players. There's a Level Sync features in XI that helps with it. Although... there's so much end-game content that might keep senior player too busy. ;D

Just hitting Gusgen Mines last night and got my THF to 28 so far. Very grateful. ^^
