I've got the Linkshell made just need to get with people to hand them out.

Nemto on Phoenix here, did anyone make a "MeteorSurvivors" LS?

Did this ever happen? I logged on an Nemto invited me to an LS called "Rapiemur," but wondering if that's the old social LS mentioned earlier, and/or if anyone made the new FFXIV-ish LS. MeteorSurvivors would rock (and go with the Steam community name, too)!

Rapiemur is the not the old social LS that Vilhem was in. Rapiemur is the new LS specifically for this group.

It's the latin base for the word "Rapture", which was the codename for Final Fantasy XIV prior to the E3 announcement in 09'.

- It thematically ties in with the concepts of rebirth, being taken away to a new place, and XIV's codename.

- This word was used in lieu of Rapture because there are already a lot of Rapture Linkshells out there ever since the announcement of XIV.

- It's one word so it fits in the constraints of the Linkshell naming conventions of XI.

- When Inertia brought up forming an LS she said the name should be thematically tied and also mentioned MeteorSurvivors. I told her I thought the same thing, that I already had a name picked out, the reasons for choosing said name, and she supported it by adding that it was a one word name and might fit better.

So no worries. You're in the new linkshell. I just got back from a long day at work and will be logging in soon.
