Will you be back?

I'll be there on the very first day of launch. I don't mind the wait (well, I do mind it, but nothing I can do about it) so I'll be very eager to pick the game up after that. Also, I expect most of my friends to be there, because of how we all played the game and how we are all looking forward 2.0 and ARR.

I'm skeptical. Currently i cant wait for 2.0 to be out, but then again in 5 months time i might have gotten over it. will just have to wait nd see.

I know people who quit at launch who are coming back for 2.0.

I know people who quit at the announcement of 2.0 who are coming back.

I know a great many people who played up until the servers went down who are definitely coming back.

It's not going to be an issue.

Had many friends decide not to play XIV about a week after launch and I didn't blame them since I was just as disappointed. While I was encouraged with the changes that the new team made, the game never really shook off many of the original problems it started with.

I'm very excited about what the new team will be able to do with a clean slate. The early screens and videos are very promising.

I don't care if it takes over a year, most important is they get it right. Also so glad they didn't shelve the game and I think Yoshi is doing a good job. I've never known another game company redesign a game like this, It must of cost SE a fortune. I will be back when ever it is released
