I would like the servers to come back up. Watching the climax and being apart of it made me real nostalgic (regardless of server issues.) I'd love to walk around the maps some more and do a little more exploring and fraps. I'd also like to go through all the cutscenes again and read the in game journal descriptions with my gear of choice.

I personally had a blast cutting through Garleans in Coerthas while everyone else was "fighting" (read: missing) Golems for five hours straight.

I also voted for the servers to be back up. I'd understand if they decided to keep them shutdown if it meant taking resources away from ARR development but if it doesn't I'd love to play in that playground a little more.

I already miss it.

Actually just disable the 60+ mobs, I Know at least 3 places i never got to screenshot how i wanted as i got bored waiting for the mobs to move so i could get to..

A week would be more then long enough (You watch they'll do it and I'll be working my ass off for the whole week lol)

Actually, I think what's happened is that everyone immediately uninstalled the game last night, then remembered about the server thing, then more or less said "screw it". I don't think even 20% of the 35% that said "yes" even can play the game now.

Personally when I pay 79.99 and a monthly fee I expect to keep playing when the game has not been discontinued. Even if stuff isn't saved so the change over is quick. SOme of us spent time working and upgrading to window 8 and had time down recently, so put the end moments back on and let us run through a sky filled wit hfire battling garleans until the service is back up in 2.0

I just want to watch the cutscenes, get screenshots, etc. This was my intention, so I trust the servers will be back up for some time. It doesn't ruin immersion any more than the past week or so has - I got a relic under my bed, and it will be gone soon. I defeated Van Darnus and then he attacked Ul'dah afterwards. And so on. It's basically like playing Final Fantasy VII a second time. You do it to remember it, not to be immersed in a persistent world from where you left off after defeating Sephiroth.

I'm in the same boat as Holy I will not be coming back to 1.xx Eorzea.

I know I said I would and I voted yes for the poll, but now I have seen it, been through the emotions of the end of the world etc I will not feel right coming back, it makes Louisiox's sacrifice meaningless.
