No gear swapping please.

it was my least favorite aspect of FFXI. How i hated soloing on drg and having to macro 3 gear swaps into my healing breath macro. Or playing on a DD job and swapping ingear just for 1 TP attack.

*IF and WHEN* SE creates more defined roles for each job, and adjusts gear accordingly, that gear should fit all aspects of that job. Period.
Create set bonuses. So that if 2,3,4, or 5 pieces of that gear give you greater bonuses on top of what is already attached to each piece. That way you can mix and match, but still receive greater bonuses of equipping parts of a set, negating the need to swap gear.
