How to get pre game item

Hi,

I preordered the game and have entered the code for the helmet but I can't see the helmet in my inventory. Where do I get the helmet?

Well the item is put into your inventory automatically, however you had to put in the code before creating the character for it to work. Unfortunately there's no way currently to get a code item after you created your character.

Honestly though at this point I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's only useful for the really early ranks and you can breeze through 1-20 pretty fast these days.

Thanks. I would of liked to have had it so a year two years from now people would know I'm a long termer. SO much hair was pulled trying to set up the account and subscribe that I didn't want the hassle of it. Ah Well!

Well you can always tell them to just go look at your character history lol. I used to think it would be that way but there's many Collector's Editions still laying around at various stores so they may even be picked up by people starting now or at PS3 launch.
