Is anyone else fed up with the speed at which macros are performed, surely SE can do something about this ?
Storing macro data on the client said perhaps, i duno but its so incredibly slow when swapping out gear and actions.

In this game macros seens to have a default "/wait 1" between lines so you don't need to put the /wait 1 between every action line...but yes, it did turned every other macro usage slow too.
I asked them already to add a checkbox at every macro asking this so you can turn on/off the wait between every line at every macro.
Macro's are already stored on client side, so i don't see why they can't be faster and contain more lines. If they're keeping the switch classes via macro thing (vs remembering hotbars and gearchoices server side) then please increase the lines from 10 to say 60 or so, atleast we can use just 1 macro per job then instead of 4.
The speed could be quicker. I hate using the hotbar for combat, so any improvements to macros are welcome.
I would also like to see macros have more lines to use, and more icons available for them. Obviously I know there's concerns with people using macros to run entire battles, but I think I aught to at least be able to swap out every equip slot for a class with one macro.
"Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed." (G. K. Chesterton)
If they can't make gear/action slot selections autoload on class change then they definitely need increase macro line count and speed. We don't need the 100 macro slots shown in the macro ui, we need to be able to have one macro handle a job change rather than split up the action and gear assignments in 5 slots.
