    Updater Issue

    I had to reformat my computer and i have just installed

    I am trying to update after the initial install bit the updater wont download any files the updater just says

    Preparing to download version update files... 95%

    And it just hangs there i have tried restarting my comp many times and reseting my network and i have tried reinstalling the game as well i don't know why this is happening cause this never happened before.

    Any help would be great

    Sometimes this will clear itself up if you just wait a little while.

    When you re-installed, did you delete the FFXIV folder under My Games? You probably only need to delete the folder containing the patches. (My documents - My Games - FFXIV - Downloads - FFXIV)

    Try deleting it then launching the updater again.
