SE isn't a little girl who tried baking you a poorly cooked chocolate cake. SE is a multi million dollar company providing a service. Just trying doesn't cut it. Specially not when it was so poorly designed.

Do you really find this titanic sized crash from professional video game designers as "an acceptable try" at an event?

Agreed! I'm tired of reading these inane defenses, making out SE like some orphan child and that we should overlook their mistakes out of some misplaced sense of pity. You can't defend bad product service by saying "Well they've always been shitty!" especially when they claim over and over again about how they're turning a new leaf and are trying to gain the customer's trust.

If anything our anger does not come from some sort of demonizing bias against SE, it's because we want to believe that we can trust them. And people should stop acting so haughty and surprised that as loyal paying costumers we're a bit upset if not angry at such a poorly executed event. Quite frankly it's a back-hand to our faces.
